The group was founded in the early 1950s by Late Ganesh Lal Tulsyan. It was formerly known as India factory. The company started with local steel trading and was once the biggest distributors for Tata Steel and a consignment agent for Tinplate Company of India Ltd. (TCIL) and. Today it’s a 150 crore company that is among the largest importers of steel in Eastern india with an integrated Steel processing unit as well as a thriving confectionery business

The group diversified into steel imports in 1990’s which is headed by our current Managing Director Mr. Kanhaiya Lal Tulsyan. It has now expanded across different business segments and looks forward to expanding its market share as well as the operational base.

The principles of our business are based on two major pillars i.e. customer satisfaction and value for money products. In the coming years, the company plans to expand its confectionery line across the country as well as export our premium brand Bake Fresh biscuits to other countries.
